Shipping Policy

We usually dispatch your order within 2-3 working days after it is placed on our store.

We deliver orders all across Pakistan via trusted courier partners, with Cash on Delivery (COD) available nationwide.

Important Note — COD Terms

As per courier company policy, the courier will not allow you to open the package before payment. You have the right to return the package only after payment and acknowledgment of delivery.

If you wish to return the package, please notify us after payment, and send the package back to us at your own expense for return or exchange.

Please do not ask the delivery rider to open the package before payment — it is against COD rules in Pakistan.
