Refund & Exchange Policy

Any unstitched product purchased from our online store can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unused, contains all pieces, and is in its original packaging. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving your order — no return or exchange is possible after 7 days.

We offer free replacement for damaged or defective products — just share a clear photo/video of the issue within 7 days and we will make it right.

Please note: minor color variations compared to product photos are normal (lighting/screens differ) and are not considered a defect.
